Publication and Submission Details

• Open Access and peer-reviewed publication in Archaeopress Publishing (indexed in SPI – Scholarly Publishers Indicators)
• No cost for attendees (please note that extensive formatting corrections may incur additional costs)
• Submissions are welcome for both oral and poster communications. Contributions will be accepted based on their scientific merit

We kindly request that you indicate your interest in publishing your work in the Monograph.

File Naming Format:
Surname_Name_T#_EMAC2025_Bilbao

• Surname_Name → Author’s surname and first name – presenting author only
• T# → “T” followed by the topic number corresponding to the topic under which the abstract was previously submitted and approved
• EMAC2025_Bilbao → Conference name and location

Example:
Silva_Joao_T5_EMAC2025_Bilbao

In this example, the participant is submitting a poster under Topic 5: Digital and data-driven ceramic studies (e.g., AI, machine learning, big data, photogrammetry, etc.).

Please submit your file in Word format (not PDF).

Manuscripts should preferably be submitted by email.
In cases where the file size exceeds email attachment limits, submissions may be sent via file-sharing or file-transfer platforms (such as WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar services). Please ensure that the download link is active and accessible
