INSTRUCTIONS

📝 Registration

Registration for EMAC 2025 in Bilbao is now open! To begin the registration process, simply click on the «Register» button below. You will be redirected to the official registration platform.

To start, each participant must create an account on the registration platform. Once registered, please follow the step-by-step instructions to complete your EMAC 2025 registration.

🔄 Language Settings:
By default, the registration platform appears in Spanish, but you can switch the language to Basque (Euskera), English, or French using the language selector located at the top right corner of the page.


👤 Personal Information

In this section, you will be asked to enter your personal details. You will also be prompted to enter the course access code, which is:

K11-25


🎓 Registration Type

You will need to select your registration type:

  • General
  • Student (a valid student ID or official proof of student status must be uploaded)

Important:
Student registration does not include the Summer School by default. If you wish to enroll in the Summer School, please make sure to select the appropriate option further below during registration.


🍽️ Lunch Selection & Dietary Restrictions

Participants must indicate which conference lunches they will attend. Lunches are included in the registration fee.

If you have any dietary restrictions, please be sure to mark them in every section where this information is requested.


🎉 Gala Dinner

The Gala Dinner is an optional event with an additional cost of €60. If you wish to attend, please select this option during registration.


📋 Service Overview

After completing the form, you will be able to review and confirm your registration details in the Service Overview section.


💳 Resume and Payment

In the final step, you will be able to:

  • Review your billing address
  • Choose your preferred payment method:
    • Credit Card
    • Bank Transfer
    • Bizum (only available in Spain)

After completing the payment, a confirmation and payment receipt will be sent to the email address you used to register.
