🎓 Grants for EMAC Bilbao 2025 Participants
The organizing committee of EMAC Bilbao 2025 is pleased to announce the availability of three grants to support student participation in the upcoming conference.
Each grant will cover:
- The full registration fee for the EMAC 2025 Conference
- Participation in the Summer School (available only to students)
Please note:
The Gala Dinner is not included in the grant.
Travel and accommodation expenses are also not covered.
👤 Who Can Apply?
Applicants must be students currently pursuing:
- Undergraduate studies
- Master’s programs
- Doctoral (PhD) programs
📄 How to Apply for the Grant
To be eligible, the candidate must have:
- Submitted an abstract for a poster or oral presentation, and
- Had their submission accepted by the scientific committee
The application must include the following documents:
- A motivation letter
- A curriculum vitae (CV)

📌 Selection Criteria
Grants will be awarded based on:
- The quality of the motivation letter
- The applicant’s academic background (CV)
- Country of origin
- Gender balance, as part of our commitment to equity and inclusion
🤝 Participation Requirement
Grant recipients will be kindly expected to support the organization of the conference during the event. A certificate of participation and collaboration will be provided to acknowledge the contribution.
🗓️ Application Deadline
All applications must be submitted by June 22, 2025.
We encourage interested candidates to apply early to allow for thorough evaluation.
🏆 Grant Results Notification
The results of the EMAC Bilbao 2025 grant selection will be announced via email on June 30, 2025.
This timeline ensures that applicants who are not selected will still have time to register for the conference within the early bird registration period.
