{"id":163,"date":"2025-01-20T17:30:30","date_gmt":"2025-01-20T17:30:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/emac2025bilbao.com\/?page_id=163"},"modified":"2025-03-31T09:26:48","modified_gmt":"2025-03-31T09:26:48","slug":"abstract-template","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/emac2025bilbao.com\/index.php\/abstract-template\/","title":{"rendered":"Submit Abstract"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">To participate in the conference, please complete the attached <strong>Abstract Submission Template<\/strong> following the provided instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please read the following instructions carefully before submitting your abstract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each participant may submit <strong>2 communications as presenting author<\/strong>: one oral presentation and one poster, or two posters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The&nbsp;<strong>presenting author<\/strong>&nbsp;must be registered in the conference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants must download the abstract template and fill it in with the required information. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the document, author names should be written in the following format:&nbsp;<strong>Surname, First Name<\/strong>&nbsp;(e.g.,&nbsp;<em>Silva, Jo\u00e3o<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each participant must indicate whether their submission is for an&nbsp;<strong>oral presentation (O)<\/strong>&nbsp;or a&nbsp;<strong>poster (P)<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants must specify <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/emac2025bilbao.com\/index.php\/topics\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/emac2025bilbao.com\/index.php\/topics\/\">the topic<\/a><\/strong> to which their presentation is related<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The abstract should summarise the original research conducted, aligned with the conference themes. Additionally, it is necessary to indicate the <strong>archaeometric techniques used and the geographical area and chronological framework when applicable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the end of the document, <strong>students <\/strong>must indicate whether they wish to compete for the <strong>Early Career Researcher Award<\/strong> (both poster and oral will be considered). All other participants will automatically be considered for the <strong>Best Communication Award<\/strong>.
