\ud83d\udcdd Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration for EMAC 2025 in Bilbao is now open!<\/strong> To begin the registration process, simply click on the “Register” button below. You will be redirected to the official registration platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To start, each participant must create an account on the registration platform. Once registered, please follow the step-by-step instructions to complete your EMAC 2025 registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd04 Language Settings:<\/strong>
By default, the registration platform appears in Spanish<\/strong>, but you can switch the language to Basque (Euskera)<\/strong>, English<\/strong>, or French<\/strong> using the language selector located at the top right corner<\/strong> of the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udc64 Personal Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this section, you will be asked to enter your personal details. You will also be prompted to enter the course access code<\/strong>, which is:

You will need to select your registration type:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • General<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Student<\/strong> (a valid student ID or official proof of student status must be uploaded)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Important:<\/strong>
    Student registration does not include<\/strong> the Summer School by default. If you wish to enroll in the Summer School, please make sure to select the appropriate option<\/strong> further below during registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \ud83c\udf7d\ufe0f Lunch Selection & Dietary Restrictions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Participants must indicate which conference lunches they will attend. Lunches are included in the registration fee.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you have any dietary restrictions<\/strong>, please be sure to mark them in every section<\/strong> where this information is requested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \ud83c\udf89 Gala Dinner<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Gala Dinner<\/strong> is an optional event with an additional cost of \u20ac60<\/strong>. If you wish to attend, please select this option during registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \ud83d\udccb Service Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    After completing the form, you will be able to review and confirm<\/strong> your registration details in the Service Overview<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \ud83d\udcb3 Resume and Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the final step, you will be able to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Choose your preferred payment method:\n

      • Bank Transfer<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Bizum<\/strong> (only available in Spain)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        After completing the payment, a confirmation and payment receipt<\/strong> will be sent to the email address<\/strong> you used to register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
